The Teen Staff App collects minimal data required for operational purposes. Specifically, we collect:

  • • QR Scan Records: Date, time, and location (if enabled) of each QR code scan
  • • Device Information: Basic, non-personal data such as device type and operating system for performance monitoring

No personal data from customers or unrelated third parties is stored on this App.

How We Use the Information

We use the collected data to:
  • • Verify offer redemptions and prevent misuse
  • • Maintain a record of QR scans for merchant reporting
  • • Improve security and functionality of the Teen Staff App

We do not use this data for marketing, analytics, or tracking beyond the operational scope.

Data Storage and Security

All data is securely stored on Teen's protected servers. We implement industry-standard encryption and access controls to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure of information.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade staff information. Data may be shared only with:

  • • The merchant employer (for verification of scans and operations)
  • • Legal authorities if required by law

Retention

QR scan history and login credentials are retained only as long as necessary for operational purposes or until the staff account is deactivated.

Staff Rights

Authorized staff can request to update or delete their access credentials by contacting their merchant manager or Teen support.

Changes to This Policy

Teen may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be reflected in the App and communicated to merchant management if applicable.
